• Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.
• Manufacturing defects means stitching that fails, soles separating, zips breaking or hardware falling off under normal use.
• Normal wear — creasing, fading, worn tread from everyday use — is not a defect.
• To claim: email your order number, a photo of the issue and the date of purchase. We reply within one business day.
